Born in 1976, Anthony Fermin is a budding Visayan favorite, known for his playful, vibrant depiction of life. His works have been exhibited both locally and internationally including the Expo 2000 Ostrich Egg Exhibit in Hanover, Germany and the 2004 International Artists Assemblage Exhibitions in Berlin, Germany. Anthony's passion for art is inspiring as his optimism. In an interview with the Inquirer, he was quoted to be the "infectious" optimist, with his sense of play evident in his brightly vibrant creations. It is exciting to see what the young artist comes across next. He is known for his recent sold-out Patubas series and depiction of scenes of daily life. It is said that when one has a Fermin artwork, one opens up a positive window of life in one’s space.
