Anthony Fermin is back again! Fermin has come a long way since Charlie's Art Gallery’s premier solo show on him back in 2010. Now, some years later Fermin returns, with more experience, exhibits and travels up his sleeve, changed and evolved both as artist and man. The shift in perspective captures his new art somehow, yet the jovial style and finesse of his paintings still linger. Both old and new come together to wash his paintings aglow with a style that is unmistakably lovingly Fermin’s.

In “Rock Star”, Fermin plays around with his bright hues, lending an immediate feeling of sway and happiness to the piece. “Time of Harvest” celebrates his love for portraying truly Negrense subjects, while “Flying Roof” is a hint of Fermin’s lively spirit. His Itom (black) series, also featured here, makes use of black and white tones with a splash of reds, yellows, and blues to illuminate a rather ordinary scene of vendors selling, kite flying, sabongeros, tapaseros, fellowship and such.

There's a time for everything and a season for everything on this earth. Charlie’s Art Gallery is honored to present Fermin's new season as seen on canvas. Come join us as we welcome the Holidays in awe with "As Time Goes By" a one man show by Anthony Fermin, Nov 12, 2016 at five in the afternoon, at Charlie’s Art Gallery, Italia Restaurant Paseo Verde Building, Mandalagan Lacson St., Bacolod City, Negros Occidental.
